But what is CrossFit? CrossFit helps cultivate a well-rounded representation of fitness through a variety of movement patterns, time domains, and loading. CrossFit specializes in not specializing. In other words, we train for it all.

Safe, fun and healthy

CrossFit 4185 Kids

Looking for a fun, safe, and exciting way to introduce kids to fitness?

CrossFit Kids is about bringing FUN and FITNESS together! Kids ages 4-9 years old will learn how to jump, throw, push, pull, roll, and move in ways that promote lifelong healthy habits in a safe environment. Within our classes, kids will learn new skills, play games, and participate in fun WOD’s that are designed to improve their cognitive development and prevent injuries.

  • $50 (per kid) charged every 6 weeks on a 5 week session cycle (*adjusted for holidays)
  • CrossFit training in a controlled, small group setting
  • New theme/movements every cycle

*Classes Tuesday & Thursdays at 4:30pm – 5:00pm
